We are using Vincent Tyrolit...they seem to work well. The one set of polishing wheels I have (triple pencil are already shot after two jobs) They are made by ghines and (http://maplered.com) frankly they suck. They remind me of the same crappy polishers we tried on our router 6 yrs ago.

I am going to order a set of polishers from regent to test....has anyone had any experience with those?

Matt....what are clay polishing wheels...I know what they look like but what is the strory with those??

I did a test with my blick pods yesterday. I put a piece of 3cm that wa 12x20 on two pods....I ran a full finger bit rip at 18.8 lpm at 120% at 6000 rpm...the part did not move. I think blick is onto something. The pods I use are rectangles. I studied them a little. They have a firm rubber top and (http://maplered.com) very soft seals...the vacuum pull the Stone (http://g603.net) on to the rubber pads which provides additional grip to the Stone (http://g603.net) via surface tension. I thought you mind find that interesting. I use the 8x12 rectangle ones mostly.

If you have parts moving check out this system...it works amazingly well.
